First Post

Heh, here’s that famous “first post” in my blog everyone has to make but nobody ever thinks twice about because they’re so ‘wow’ed by the Admin panel. Oh well, at least I put some thought into this post, let’s hope the trend continues!

    WOOHOO! First post. Amazing stuff. Of course, I don’t know what your “admin panel” is or looks like, since I didn’t take the *easy* way and go with a pre-existing program. Mine’s all from scratch, baby, all from scratch. :-p

    Heh, I know Tiger, and that’s cool, excpet for the fact that it’s in ASP. =P

    Anyway, yeah, WordPress > * IMO, and it’s got its famous “5-Minute Install”. Literally, I even timed it. =)

    yeah, yeah… ASP is what I have. i’d prefer to use a better language, but there’s two problems with that: (1) I dont know any other coding languages… I know HTML and I know Visual Basic/VBScript, which combine pretty well into ASP… and (2) my server only allows ASP. possibly, once my contract is up, i’ll switch to a different host that gives me PHP, but then i’ll have to completely redo my site and a few others i’m hosting.
